Extremely disappointing experience with customer service. I paid $150 for a root touch-up that turned out poorly. When I returned for a correction, it ended up looking even worse, and they refused to fix it again or provide a refund. Consequently, I had to spend $350 elsewhere to get it corrected. This isn’t the first or second time I’ve faced issues at this location. I would strongly advise against it! I also overheard another customer expressing dissatisfaction about a stylist mishandling her daughter's hair… the service here is unacceptable. They need better stylists or a manager who can support their customers.
