If I could give negative stars I would. The hairdresser completely ruined my hairstyle. I asked for a trim for my armpit length hair and left with hair above my collarbones. It is choppy and missing random chunks, with my hair framing pieces being uneven and unsymmetrical. I requested that the hair stylist maintain the v shaped haircut I had with the same ratio. My hair was 3 inches longer on the longest piece than the middle lengths, and shorter framing pieces than the middle lengths. Instead she cut all of my hair off and choppily made a tiny v shape that just reads as a home job. I requested a refund nearly 5 business days ago and they are ignoring all of my communications. They are poorly equipped to handle a simple trim and are highly unprofessional in dealing with the aftermath. No one I know will ever go to this salon.
