I had an early morning flight on September 12, 2025, to another airport. The parking lot was overcrowded, and the back lot was flooded. I didn’t want to navigate through that, so I had to park at the airport garage instead. I sought a refund, but they refused, despite the poor conditions that day. I will never use their parking service again. If flying out of Orlando, consider alternatives.
