I was sold a reservation for a parking lot near the airport that was permanently closed. When I arrived at the address, there was no lot, and the provided phone number was disconnected. I barely made my flight and had to rush to find another nearby lot. This is unacceptable; the company should verify the lots it lists. To be fair, this was my first issue with them after years of use, but one problem is too many. I don't need this stress.
Upon booking, there’s a notice to PRINT the emailed receipt, or the rate may not be honored. They send the receipt, then within minutes, they RECALL the email. It actually disappears from my inbox. This gives no time to print it, and when I arrived at the lot, I faced a multitude of additional fees, including a charge to GET MY CAR OUT despite paying in advance. A total scam.

Even the airport had available spots but wouldn’t take us. Unacceptable.
