I was extremely hesitant to book with cheapcaribbean. But you have to keep in mind that the negative reviews are from disgruntled customers who had to cancel their trip. My vacation to Cancun was everything! They handled my flight reservation, transportation to and from the airport and my hotel reservation. Prior to being picked up from the airport I was given tips on “who to avoid” at the airport (so many solicitors). I appreciated these tips! The resort was beautiful; it was directly on the beach. You walk right outside and enter paradise. On my first morning there, they called me to check to see how I was doing. The hotel sent me a free bottle of tequila and a sweet birthday note on my birthday. There was also a pool/foam party at the resort on my birthday (so much fun!!!). The hotel had so much food and alcohol and the customer service was spectacular. (Although I was not a fan of the food). If you want to book any excursions Amstar was on-site to book them for you. I was so sad to go home because this was the best trip I have ever had (and it was solo). I will be booking again with cheapcaribbean and I have told my family and friends about them. Thank you so much Cheapcaribbean!!!
