I purchased tickets, but when a flight issue arose, they refused to refund me. The alternative offered didn't suit my needs, yet they insisted on charging me more than $200 while claiming that my money wouldn't be returned and that any credit would be unusable for 45 days. Their policy stated I could cancel for a refund, but they refused to cooperate unless I accepted a much higher price. I will never use this service again. They keep your money and pressure you to book through them again. Additionally, they called me at 11 PM to discuss the issue, which was very disruptive.
