Cynthia Willson was awesome in helping me to square away my final bookings, spending almost 2hrs with me on the phone. If the rating were just for her service, she would get 5/5 stars.
However, true to what other people are saying there is a strong bait and switch pricing that with most flights, I would have gotten a better deal booking directly with the airlines. Having said that, I should have done due diligence and looked at reviews and called in instead of booking online. If you book soon enough (more than 5+months ahead), then you just might get an awesome deal. My advice: call in to check for flights/deals and make a decision from there, or double check flight availability with the airline website directly.
Alina Was amazing. She not only found me better tickets and flight at great savings, but she was very patient and more thank willing to assist me when i was experiencing issues with my credit card payment. I didn’t receive a notification from the company confirming the purchase and therefore they were holding up my entire transaction. But she patiently waiting for me to tackle my issues and get that vacation under way. She was amazing. Thanks Alina.
Would give zero stars if possible. Booked flights on 1/6/26. Received a confirmation email, which stated I'd receive a phone call or email in a day or two. I don't recall ever receiving an email, and the only call I received was on 1/16/26. It was identified as possible spam and no voicemail was left.
I received another call on 1/25/26 with a voicemail to return the call. When I returned the call, I was told the tickets I booked, and provided payment information for, were no longer available, but they could be rebooked for 260% of the of the original tickets ($910 vs. $350).
I told them that was unacceptable and asked why the original price wasn't honored. They said that it was because I never contacted them to tell them I wanted the tickets. I say, if I didn't want the tickets, I wouldn't have given them my credit card number!
I said I wanted to cancel and I asked for a refund. I was told they couldn't give me a refund because the payment, which had not yet been charged, was through Delta and Delta wouldn't refund my money. Does that sound right to you? Delta didn't charge my credit card for three weeks because I never confirmed I wanted the tickets, but now that I say I DON'T want them, they're going to charge me for them???
Maybe others have had positive experiences with this company, but my experience was so negative that I will never deal with them again. In my opinion they should be reported to the BBB and the FTC. My advice is: never use cheapdealsfare.com. If you ignore my advice, fine, but you will be ripped off.
WARNING: I strongly advise against entering your credit card details on this website as it may lead to theft and unauthorized charges. I've experienced multiple charges ranging from $300 to $600. They claim that your flight is booked, only for you to discover that you need to book another at a significantly higher cost. I've reported this situation to the relevant authorities.
I purchased tickets, but when a flight issue arose, they refused to refund me. The alternative offered didn't suit my needs, yet they insisted on charging me more than $200 while claiming that my money wouldn't be returned and that any credit would be unusable for 45 days. Their policy stated I could cancel for a refund, but they refused to cooperate unless I accepted a much higher price. I will never use this service again. They keep your money and pressure you to book through them again. Additionally, they called me at 11 PM to discuss the issue, which was very disruptive.
Avoid this fraudulent platform. They will buy tickets that aren't actually available, putting you on standby. Subsequently, they will inform you of a problem with your reservation, giving you the option to keep your original purchase and remain on standby. They will, naturally, offer alternative options that cost twice as much as what you initially paid.
AVOID THIS SERVICE!!! They are deceitful and fail to fulfill their promises. They promote an incredibly low fare, fully aware that booking your flight at that price is impossible. They lure you into another flight, assuring you that fees will be covered, but when they aren't, they pretend to be oblivious. Plus, the new flight will cost significantly more. The worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. It's better to book directly with the airline; you'll save money.
The representative provided invaluable support in addressing my questions and concerns prior to my purchase. With that clarity, I feel confident moving forward with my booking through the platform.

I was deceived into purchasing tickets that were advertised as inexpensive online. A representative called a few hours later insisting that we either upgrade or cancel, both options involving significant fees. He wouldn't accept our refusal and kept us on the line. I ended up canceling my credit card. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
