Would give zero stars if possible. Booked flights on 1/6/26. Received a confirmation email, which stated I'd receive a phone call or email in a day or two. I don't recall ever receiving an email, and the only call I received was on 1/16/26. It was identified as possible spam and no voicemail was left.
I received another call on 1/25/26 with a voicemail to return the call. When I returned the call, I was told the tickets I booked, and provided payment information for, were no longer available, but they could be rebooked for 260% of the of the original tickets ($910 vs. $350).
I told them that was unacceptable and asked why the original price wasn't honored. They said that it was because I never contacted them to tell them I wanted the tickets. I say, if I didn't want the tickets, I wouldn't have given them my credit card number!
I said I wanted to cancel and I asked for a refund. I was told they couldn't give me a refund because the payment, which had not yet been charged, was through Delta and Delta wouldn't refund my money. Does that sound right to you? Delta didn't charge my credit card for three weeks because I never confirmed I wanted the tickets, but now that I say I DON'T want them, they're going to charge me for them???
Maybe others have had positive experiences with this company, but my experience was so negative that I will never deal with them again. In my opinion they should be reported to the BBB and the FTC. My advice is: never use cheapdealsfare.com. If you ignore my advice, fine, but you will be ripped off.
