Customer Service Just Stopped Responding

They have on their form the receiving date, but they didn’t follow it when they gave me the ticket. The receiving date is important so that your ticket is still valid depending on when you’re gonna use it. I told them about it but instead of responding, they just ignored the messages I sent considering that this is my second time transacting with them. Kinda disappointing and unprofessional
