I had an issue with DNS where printer is not scanning to email properly, Aaron was magnificent is assisting with this issue, he gave use step by step instructions on how to overcome the issue with the DNS record. I tried to reach out to our support over at other DNS service provider and they brushed us off. Thank God Aaron was there to help even though it was not his responsibility.
