I just want to thank Cheaper Domains for their amazing service and support. I recently signed up for a domain name with hosting. I had to get in touch with their phone and live chat team recently and wow am I happy I joined these guys. The support is seriously awesome, They helped me super quickly and took the time to make sure I was on the right path with my site and emails (Thank you Justin & Chris). I couldn't recommend these more than enough if you are looking for a good deal with great aussie service! Edit: I think the 1 start review from Karen below me just doesn't get it, If you registered your domain name for 10 years then you don't lose those 10 years you can transfer your domain name anywhere but no one will refund you for it just like I can't get a refund for my domain that I've registered for 5 years. I think this is really due to a real lack of knowledge (like all of us) around web development/domains.
