I tried to order some champagne two weeks before Christmas, but my order was held for a week without any notice about the product being out of stock. When I emailed to check, they confirmed it was available but later claimed they were too busy and would ship in 2 to 3 days. After several days, I followed up again and was told they couldn't fulfill my order due to insufficient stock. They offered a refund instead. I've read numerous reviews with similar experiences. They take your money, provide false information, and then refund your order. Proceed with caution!
