I had a round trip flight from Miami to JFK, NY on January 24th, 2026. The flight canceled due to the inclement weather. I did not received any text message or an emailed of my cancelled flight. I called customer service and explained what had
happened and to find out if there is
anything they can do for my cousin and I. Both of them hanged up the phone without
any explanation or help. Please do not use this agency, because they're
not good at helping in times of crisis. I will never ever use this service anymore.
