After waiting 5 hours for a confirmation, I called and was told I couldn't get the price. I requested a refund to continue my search, but they refused to issue it. It felt like a total bait and switch. I even received a fraud alert from my bank when I initially booked the ticket. I advise against using this service as they are experts in bait and switch tactics!
