Getting a flight through this company was too good to be true. We had a great price for a flight, but when we booked it the website glitched and made us go through booking again. We were then charged twice for the same trip, but then when we tried to cancel one of the reservations we were told we were not allowed without either upgrading the seats, or changing the flight date. After changing the date, the flight cost went from $220 all the way up to $551. When asked if we could just cancel everything, we were told if we cancelled no refund would be issued. This was a nightmare and I refuse to use this company ever again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere even if it involves a touch more money.
I paid for a flight, that they cancelled the next day, but only after taking payment. when i called i was told up to 30 days for a refund, WHICH NEVER CAME, and then offered the same flight at an inflated price (actually the airlines normal price); this is a common bait and switch practice. BEWARE AND AVOID!!!

This agency is scamming people. They advertise d promo fare which is not available anymore and will offer expensive options. They will charge you high amount for just booking if you cancel. Then will offer you high price and will tell you lies that you can’t get any other price lower than they are offering. The customer service had me on phone for two hours, left me hanging on phone for 30 mins. So I just cancelled and got a ticket from other agency which is way way cheaper. Until now they haven’t reimburse their charges. It’s been more than a week. I tried to call and follow up but they said they need to review the phone call.
Please don’t experience what I’ve experienced in this agency.

Horrible company I can’t believe they have not been shutdown by BBB-they are scam artist and will not deliver anything they say they will !! Awful bunch of people liars and thief’s!!! So, today this is a day later after I wrote this initial review they have now tried to charge our card for another 200.00 for cancellation fees . Please please don’t use this website they are fraudulent!!
I had a terrible experience trying to purchase two same-day one-way tickets. I never received the tickets but got a call from what seemed like a spam number. They informed me that my original flight couldn't be booked, but I could book another for the same day with a stopover. I struggled to understand the agent due to her accent and made it clear that I wasn't willing to pay more than my initial amount. Despite my repeated objections on a supposedly recorded line, I was told to agree via email, assuring me the cost would remain the same. Unfortunately, I was charged twice and never utilized their service. I never received the e-ticket to check in, even though I was charged. This company needs to be held accountable.
Extremely frustrating hidden fees and overcharging occurred after we booked tickets for a funeral. The service was worse than what I have experienced with funeral homes. I would rather avoid this situation altogether in the future.

I booked a round trip flight from one location to another. I received a call stating for $149.00 each way I could take luggage. When I inquired further, they said no luggage or carry-on was included. I asked for a supervisor, who offered a better deal at $92.00 each way, but I declined. He also attempted to change my return flight date. He then informed me the flight wasn't guaranteed. After calling my bank's fraud department, the supervisor called back to say they would refund all but an $80.00 cancellation fee, implying it was the airline's fault. Such a scam! I spent over an hour on the phone, and communication was a struggle. Very disappointing!
