After waiting 5 hours for a confirmation, I called only to be told that I couldn't get the price. When I requested a refund to continue my search, they refused. This felt like a total bait and switch. I even received a fraud alert from my bank when I initially booked the ticket. I strongly advise against using this service; they are experts in misleading customers!
