If I could give them a lower rating, I would! After booking my flight, I received a call stating that basic economy seats were sold out, and I had to pay an additional $200 for an upgrade. I was told I would receive flight details via email, but they never came. I found out my flight was canceled right before departure, and I ended up paying double with another company. They claimed it would take two weeks to process my refund. Why issue a confirmation number for an unconfirmed flight? This is terrible business practice!
