Review Time
This was the worst experience in my 50 years of air travel I have ever had booking a flight. The service sucked from the first booking (I should have cancelled then) with having to spend nearly an hour in confirmation on the phone (after I had booked online). Then they never sent my e-tickets so I called the week before the flight. At that point they told me that my flights were cancelled. There was no notification of this and they had already charged my credit card.
STAY AWAY!
Scammers. Booked flight Nov 2025 for Dec 2025 to Arizona. Week prior to trip I call because never got real Itenerary. Was told flight was canceled but they never notified me. Told me I get refund 15 to 20 days. We'll it's now February 2026 and I still haven't gotten it. Their rude and a bunch of foreign liars.
Is it possible to give a negative rating? This service is a classic bait and switch. They promised one thing but delivered another, with different dates and a higher price. I've already reported them to the relevant authorities and will be sharing my experience on social media. I needed to fly in for a big event, but they changed my date to the following week and increased the cost significantly. I ended up going directly to the airline and found the fare I originally booked just 10 hours after dealing with this service. The flight was available at the price I selected, but they chose to alter the dates and inflate the cost.
I encountered deceptive practices during my booking! I received a confirmation for a flight priced at USD$327.51 between two cities, along with an email confirming the booking. After waiting 8 hours without receiving tickets, I called the support team. They informed me it was for a stand-by ticket on a fully booked flight and asked for my confirmation to proceed. When I declined, they offered a non-standby ticket for USD$895. We decided to cancel the transaction. I took screenshots, and at no point during the booking process was it indicated that these were stand-by tickets.
This is completely unacceptable. I booked a flight recently, only to have it canceled due to a supposed credit card decline. My bank confirmed no charge was attempted. After calling customer service, they claimed to re-run my card but then informed me the price had doubled. It is not acceptable to wait this long and then face such issues. I will be sharing my experience publicly.
COMPLETELY DISHONEST - Tickets were cancelled without any notice, and fortunately, I was checking regularly and discovered this. The company's phone line is always "down due to technical issues." This service even included a link in their email that redirected to ANOTHER service, aiming to tarnish a competitor's reputation with negative reviews! I would give -1 star for this scam if I could.
COMPLETE SCAM - The company canceled our tickets without notifying us. Thankfully, I was checking regularly and noticed this. Their phone line is perpetually "down due to technical issues". They even included a link in their email that redirected to another company to deflect negative reviews! I would give them -1 star for scamming if that were possible.
If I could give them a lower rating, I would! After booking my flight, I received a call stating that basic economy seats were sold out, and I had to pay an additional $200 for an upgrade. I was told I would receive flight details via email, but they never came. I found out my flight was canceled right before departure, and I ended up paying double with another company. They claimed it would take two weeks to process my refund. Why issue a confirmation number for an unconfirmed flight? This is terrible business practice!
