I booked online and never got an email verification that my flight was booked. They called me yesterday and said if I wanted a bag that I would have to pay for another ticket. They told me it was non refundable but no where on the website does it say that. They refuse to refund my money. I cancelled everything so I'm out over $300. I told them I will fight to get my money back. I also told them that I couldn't trust them with my ticket being available.
