Do not use Cheapflights! I purchased a roundtrip airline ticket (I thought). I received a call a couple hours later from an agent who tried to upsell me another ticket for $160+ more. He told me the ticket I had purchased was "standby" and that if I actually got on the flight I would be charged the "discount" ($300+). I could not get him to just cancel the flight. He kept trying to offer me other options. Finally, I told him I would not accept any of the other bookings and he agreed to cancel the charges on my credit card.I actually feel bad for those agents who have to cheat and deceive people into buying airline tickets. What a waste of human potential.
