I book my flights through cheapflights.com, and when I select my flights according to my needs, Cheapflights.com redirects me to another website, Airbeas Travel Ltd, for my air tickets but I wasn't aware that Airbeas Travel Ltd is the biggest scammer in the ticket booking industry. They are an Indian-based company that has access to UK online websites and landline numbers, but they pretend to be a UK-based company, using English names for their staff, such as Zara Lopez, Valentina Leyva, and Garry.Initially, they advertise cheap fares, and after making a payment, they promise to send your tickets within an hour or two. However, you will never receive the tickets. They then come up with another excuse, claiming that the airline sold those tickets, and insist that there's nothing they can do. They will offer you different tickets, but the price and flight times will change, and when you refuse the alternatives, their true colors emerge.During one of my interactions, I spoke to a male representative who acted as if he was the boss of the company. His tone was egotistical, almost as if I were speaking to the president of the country. Every day, these scammers present you with a new story, leaving you waiting for a refund. Please do not trust them; they are a team of scammers and cannot be relied upon.
