Our flight was cancelled without notice, I was in a foreign country and lost sleep for three days on vacation thinking about how we will get out of there. They promised they will put us in the same flight but that never happened. I had to call thousand times from abroad. I was forced to take a longer two legged flight versus one leg. For 16 hours total versus 9 if I wanted to get out of a foreign country at same price or I will have to come up with 8000$ more for same flight. Airline claimed CFF made a bad reservation and that is why they cancelled. Customer service representative called me and left a message once in US. I call d back and left a message and they never called me. Terrible experience. Honestly we are many now whom have suffered the same experience. This company should not be in the market, they are hurting a lot of people and their precious time off which is a time of relaxation and enjoying after many months of hard work. Unacceptable!I was contacted by the company thru email and phone. I asked them to amend the mistake, stop doing this to others and compensate for all the frustration. I emailed back and called a couple of times to know if they had any answer to my request. No response, No email, No phone call so far.I will move another notch. AA will be included in my demand.
