Horrible customer experience. I booked 4 tickets for Tokyo and my son got into an accident and fractured his foot. I asked for refund showing a letter from doctor for refund. The agent refused to give refund and suggested they will refund 40% of the money. I talked to American Airlines support, since we were booked on their flight and they clearly said that we will refund in full if cheap flights sends the request to us. This is very disheartening that cheap flights doesn’t process full refund for unforeseen situations. They have no right to hold our money as an agent when the airlines are giving full refund.
