My 1st review ever! After I purchased a non stop ticket I realized a few days later the return non stop ticket had a 3 hour return time for a 1.5 hour flight. I called customer service and they argued with me that if you don’t get off the plane it’s not a stop. Maybe in their country of origin that may be correct but in the United States if the plane goes up and then down on a run way to a gate it is a stop. I could go on about this but nothing changed they are just a bad company with a horrible customer service department along with the supervisors.
