COMPLETELY DISHONEST - Tickets were cancelled without any notice, and fortunately, I was checking regularly and discovered this. The company's phone line is always "down due to technical issues." This service even included a link in their email that redirected to ANOTHER service, aiming to tarnish a competitor's reputation with negative reviews! I would give -1 star for this scam if I could.
