I encountered deceptive practices during my booking! I received a confirmation for a flight priced at USD$327.51 between two cities, along with an email confirming the booking. After waiting 8 hours without receiving tickets, I called the support team. They informed me it was for a stand-by ticket on a fully booked flight and asked for my confirmation to proceed. When I declined, they offered a non-standby ticket for USD$895. We decided to cancel the transaction. I took screenshots, and at no point during the booking process was it indicated that these were stand-by tickets.
