Is it possible to give a negative rating? This service is a classic bait and switch. They promised one thing but delivered another, with different dates and a higher price. I've already reported them to the relevant authorities and will be sharing my experience on social media. I needed to fly in for a big event, but they changed my date to the following week and increased the cost significantly. I ended up going directly to the airline and found the fare I originally booked just 10 hours after dealing with this service. The flight was available at the price I selected, but they chose to alter the dates and inflate the cost.
