$274.24 canculation fee. You are forwarned renters. After being put on hold multiple times over a period of 37 minutes and 22 second and trying to communicate with multiple individuals that spoke broken English. We wanted to cancel the car rental because we no longer needed it. Due to my brother allowing us to borrow his car. But it was not with in 24 hours time frame. So the charge of 324.24 went thru. They were very unhelpful and hard to understand. They were willing to refund 50 dollars and still said they were charging a $$$274.24 cancelation fee. Wow!!! What a Rip. My husband told "Arlo" do not cancel the reservations 4x he even ask him do you understand? If were going to pay that much she will just rent the car. Do not cancel. "Arlo" said yes I understand and you reservation is still confirmed. We ended the conversation Then we instantly got an email refunding us 50 dollars and they keeping the $274.24 cancelation fee.. what a rip off.... that is not the way to run a business if you ever want a repeat customer. Or a customer for that matter. Then after a second 6 minute 4 second conversation with "Daniel", who also speaking broken english.. are car rental is not canceled now. We are billed $324.24 and there "should be a car waiting". We will see if we are charged the $274.24 cancelation fee plus the $324.24 to rent the car. Will wait and see. Probably going to need to get the credit card involved. What a bunch of crooks. If you are wanting to rent. You are forewarned!!!! You might want to rent from the other guy. Just saying.
