So rude and so unhelpful. They tried to get me to spend another $1000 on a replacement flight on a completely different airline. I bought refundable tickets but they claimed that it's now not refundable. I am fighting them to get my money back and they spam called me to say I could get the refund if I removed the claim from the bank. So sketchy, I'd give them zero stars if I could.
