I booked a flight from YYZ to the UK today for two passengers at the price shown on the website. A few hours later, I received a call indicating that only one passenger’s ticket was confirmed, and I was asked to pay more for the second ticket. This situation is baffling—the booking was made for two passengers in one transaction. If the system confirmed one ticket but failed on the other, that’s a problem on their side, not mine. I have reported this issue to my bank and requested a stop payment, which is currently being processed. I am also contemplating reporting this website as spam. If needed, I will escalate this matter to authorities in the USA, UK, and Canada, as I have evidence of the fare that was displayed during booking and the extra amount they are now demanding. Additionally, they have ceased responding to my emails where I inquired in writing about the payment difference for the other passenger. WARNING: SCAM!
