We booked and paid for our tickets. A few hours later, they called to tell us they weren't available at the same price. They're asking us to pay an additional $1900. Beware of fraud! They won't let us cancel the reservation.

In spite of various obstacles, the representative went above and beyond to fulfill our requirements for a flight to Peru. He was consistently polite and helpful, making numerous phone calls with me between January 4th and 8th to ensure our needs were addressed and that the tickets were confirmed with the airline. There are numerous misleading reviews here. It seems people have been compensated to write 5-star feedback, while in reality, this company is a complete disappointment. Whenever someone leaves a negative review, the company never takes responsibility and instead blames the customer. It's quite suspicious how the advertised price often differs from what you actually pay, and they always find someone else to fault for it. I know two friends who experienced poor treatment from this company on separate occasions, and both were told their tickets were unavailable after booking, only to be asked to pay nearly double for a new one. Don't be fooled by these 5-star reviews; anyone believing them is setting themselves up for disappointment.
I booked a flight from YYZ to the UK today for two passengers at the price shown on the website. A few hours later, I received a call indicating that only one passenger’s ticket was confirmed, and I was asked to pay more for the second ticket. This situation is baffling—the booking was made for two passengers in one transaction. If the system confirmed one ticket but failed on the other, that’s a problem on their side, not mine. I have reported this issue to my bank and requested a stop payment, which is currently being processed. I am also contemplating reporting this website as spam. If needed, I will escalate this matter to authorities in the USA, UK, and Canada, as I have evidence of the fare that was displayed during booking and the extra amount they are now demanding. Additionally, they have ceased responding to my emails where I inquired in writing about the payment difference for the other passenger. WARNING: SCAM!
