There are numerous misleading reviews here. It seems people have been compensated to write 5-star feedback, while in reality, this company is a complete disappointment. Whenever someone leaves a negative review, the company never takes responsibility and instead blames the customer. It's quite suspicious how the advertised price often differs from what you actually pay, and they always find someone else to fault for it. I know two friends who experienced poor treatment from this company on separate occasions, and both were told their tickets were unavailable after booking, only to be asked to pay nearly double for a new one. Don't be fooled by these 5-star reviews; anyone believing them is setting themselves up for disappointment.
