There's normally a huge choice, arranged in ascending price order, and you know exactly what you're going to have to pay - no hidden extras tacked on at the end. The website is user-friendly, and they tell you if you could get the same flight at a lower price by being flexible with dates. You can always give them a ring if there's a problem - once I had to change the date of an outward journey, and they sorted it out very efficiently. Definitely to be recommended.
