I booked a flight, and I did not know that I have a small issue with my card. And because I was not able to make the payment, I received a call immediately from the company asking me to make the payment, which I did the next day after I called my Bank. However, during the night- in the middle of the night- I have received two more phone calls from the company telling me to make the payment. This is an insulting behavior! I have never in my life encountered such rude and impolite behavior. Sad
