I have used Cheapoair a number of times for UK to USA roundtrip fares. I have always been impressed with the service. I just booked my next flight for September 2019. I was a bit frustrated for the first time ever. The booking process kept timing out on me as I was trying hard to make sure all my details were correct. With only a few seconds left I misspelled my first name Michael and put Micheal.It cost an extra 40 Pounds Sterling Just to correct the error. I think that is excessive and not being sure whether that is an airline charge or a charge initiated by cheapoair, I'll leave it at that. Your sincerely,Michael J Griffith.
