A refund was approved on 17 October 2025 for my booking. Since then, I've received multiple and conflicting updates about the refund timeline (10 working days, 96 hours, 8–10 weeks). More than 10 weeks have passed, yet no refund has been credited to my original payment method. Despite several follow-ups, I am still waiting for a clear confirmation or transaction reference. This handling of a confirmed refund is very disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. The company has publicly responded and asked me to wait another 48 hours, but this is not new information, as I've already been told to wait multiple times without receiving the refund.
