A refund was approved on 17 October 2025 for my booking. Since then, I've received conflicting information about the refund timeline (10 working days, 96 hours, 8–10 weeks). Over 10 weeks have passed, yet no refund has been credited to my original payment method. Despite multiple follow-ups, I'm still waiting for a clear confirmation or transaction reference. This handling of a confirmed refund is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. The company has publicly asked me to wait another 48 hours, but this is not new information, as I've already been told to wait multiple times without receiving the refund.

I unfortunately purchased the wrong departure ticket and wanted to contact the responsible manager. I couldn't find a mobile number to ask my question directly, and when I asked in chat, I didn't receive a clear response. I wanted to change my ticket date as I can't travel on the date I booked. The response I received was unclear.
