I booked a ticket to Norway, not luggages were included in the ticket but a message said that it will be easily possible to add a luggage directly with the airline. ¨On the airline website, it says that to add a luggage, I need to contact the travel agency. I sent a message to Cheaptickets with a notice saying that I will get an answer within 48 hours. 48 hours are long gone and no answers (yes, I checked my spam). I tried to call the number I got with my ticket via sms and the number is not registered. I am screwed because I need to have a luggage so I have a useless ticket to Norway.
