I strongly advise against using this service! If it were possible, I would rate them 0 stars. I arrived at my destination, only to be told my tickets were cancelled without any prior notice. No emails, no communication whatsoever. My account still showed active vouchers. This was incredibly disappointing, especially with my kids nearby, excited to go. All they could offer was an apology. I had to rush to find alternative tickets. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
