I strongly recommend avoiding this service! If it were an option, I would give 0 stars. Upon arriving at my destination, I found out my tickets were cancelled without any notification. There was no email or communication whatsoever. My account still indicated I had vouchers available. It was incredibly disheartening, especially with my children so close, eager to go. All they could offer was an apology. I had to rush to find last-minute tickets. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

I used this service to arrange a round-trip vacation. When the airline changed my flight, I contacted them for assistance, only to be told I needed to reach out to my travel agent. When I did, the agent claimed they couldn't help because the airline had secured my ticket. Upon contacting the airline again, I discovered the agent had misled me. They escalated the issue and managed to assist me in correcting my return flight. I suspect the agent was avoiding work. I will not use this service again and will advise others against it.
