I have used this service for a decade, but I will never again. When I called customer service to change a flight and ensure I had seats with my young daughter, the agent didn't understand my requests, kept putting me on hold, and provided irrelevant answers. When I asked to speak to someone else, they hung up on me. I've used this service for all my flights, but never again.
