Worst experience ever. I currently have a family emergency and need to travel from Belgium to US in a rush. I booked a flight on Icelandic Airlines through cheapflightsfares. The flight is delayed by more than 10 hours with no information provided for re-routing, rebooking, etc. I had to purchase another ticket on a different airline and, while Icelandic Air is willing to refund my ticket, cheapflightsfares, will refund only $700 of $1,100 charged to my card, and I even took their insurance. Update after 3 months: This company is clearly a scam operation, potential customers beware!! I even purchased their "insurance" in case of ticket changes. They refunded only a portion of the ticket cost while Icelandic Air informed me they would cancel my ticket with no penalty. I'll never use them again!
