I strongly advise against booking a ticket via this service, particularly if there's any chance you may need to reschedule or cancel. The customer support is incredibly frustrating. While the representatives are polite and friendly, the system is severely lacking. I never spoke to the same person twice. When I attempted to rebook my flight, the service made an error and failed to have a ticket available for me on my travel day, despite having received a confirmation email and seeing it in my account. I spent 17 hours chatting with customer support trying to secure a ticket. Ultimately, I had to book one myself directly through the airline. After that, I sought a refund, but it has been impossible to obtain; every time I reach out, I'm met with a different person, making it feel like I'm stuck in a loop. As of now, after a week of emailing, I still haven't received my refund.
