My experience with CheapTicketsDeal.ca was extremely disappointing. They failed to provide my return ticket scheduled for December 28 and have refused to issue a refund despite multiple attempts to contact them. I have been waiting for more than a month to get my money back. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
I bought a round-trip ticket in March 2025, from December 18th to January 15th. Although I paid for both trips, I only received one. I had to buy the return ticket with another company since they never gave it to me. Terrible business. Contacting these people was the worst thing I could have done.
It was simple and easy. Tickets arrived with no problem and Eric was amazing and look forward to dealing with him with all my ticket needs. He's a good man and does an amazing job. He even called me to see of everything went well and to call him personally if there was a problem. A true professional at his job!!
