After enrolling our daughter in a school trip, we decided to look into the company's reviews and were not impressed, leading us to cancel her trip. They indicated a full refund would be provided, so we thought it was a straightforward process. However, it turned into a frustrating ordeal with an unresponsive representative and numerous exchanges with the insurance provider they utilize. This morning, we were told we would receive a full refund, only to receive an email hours later stating we would get nothing due to a processing fee (which shouldn't apply as we canceled beforehand) and insurance costs (which should not be charged due to the legal free look period we are still within). Overall, proceed with caution! Additionally, some of the glowing reviews appear to be incentivized.

This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I booked a school trip through the school and made monthly payments totaling $2385, but the trip was canceled. When I inquired about my refund, I was told the check was in the mail. Eight weeks later? Is that how long it takes to process a refund? Moreover, the refund amount is only $1700, if the check even arrives, despite providing my direct deposit information. Very dissatisfied with this service.
My child had a fantastic time in France with the service. He visited numerous locations and gained a wealth of knowledge during excursions to Paris, St. Malo, and Normandy! The restaurants catered to his lactose intolerance, and he reported having restful nights in the accommodations. His only complaint was being a bit tired from all the fun upon returning home.
The highlight of our trip was the excellent work by our guide. They were well-organized, approachable, highly professional, and adaptable to changes. The guide communicated clearly and positively with the students. We felt very fortunate to have such a guide and would be thrilled to have them again on future tours.
My child and at least two peers struggled to find food options because the company either failed to communicate allergy information to the hotels or chose accommodations that disregarded it. Students were repeatedly served foods they could not consume, such as nuts for those with severe allergies and dairy for lactose intolerant individuals. This issue was never resolved during the trip. Additionally, the tour guide was unfriendly, some attractions were rushed, and one hotel was subpar. We won't trust this service with our children again.
Parents should be cautious. My minor child traveled far for a camp without internet access. We were promised regular updates via the online tour diary, but after four days in Africa, there hasn't been a single update. We received no confirmation of her flight arrival or camp check-in. I would have chosen another option had I known communication would be lacking. Now, I can't reach my child. The company's communication strategy is very disappointing. When I reached out, they stated that updates were the tour leader's responsibility but wouldn't provide contact details. My spouse and I are extremely worried. I cannot recommend this service to other parents.
Do not send your child with this service. They prioritize quantity over quality. While they may cover long distances to see sights, the actual experience lacks substance. Children were denied adequate food and water due to their busy schedule, and the provided meals were insufficient. Moreover, children who were unfamiliar with each other were forced to share beds. The tour guide was verbally abusive, often yelling at the children in a condescending manner. The children were in constant fear of upsetting the guide. Please do not send your children with them.
