I dislike writing negative reviews, but I feel it's necessary to warn potential customers. This website used to be reliable; I had made many purchases in the past. Last year I faced issues with their rewards program, which they did fix. However, I'm having problems again. I have points in my account, but when I check, nothing shows except the word 'Rewards.' I've sent three emails about this issue, and they've been unresponsive. This site should be closed down. I strongly advise against making any purchases here, and like many sites nowadays, there’s no phone number to call.
