It seems I'm experiencing the same issues as many other reviewers. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I made a purchase in mid-November, and according to tracking, it was delivered in December. I forgot to update my shipping address, which is my fault, but I've emailed four times and tried to call with no response. I just want my items or a refund, but they refuse to reply. I'm very disappointed as they used to be a great company.
