I've been a customer for years without issues, but I placed an order in October and it never arrived. The website says my order was 'fulfilled,' but tracking shows it was never delivered. I've contacted customer support multiple times with no response. They have a no refund policy for certain items, but my order included refundable items. I just want a refund, but I haven't heard back in over two months. I'm frustrated by their lack of communication, especially since I've been a long-time customer. I will not shop here again and will advise others against it.
