Since 2014 I've been a loyal customer of this online retailer and have spent literally thousands of dollars with the company. The web site says they want happy customers. Unfortunately, this is not the case or they would have tried to work out an issue I had with one of my orders from Cheapundies. In June 2021 I purchased a pair of Levi's 505 Jeans which do not fit me. I ordered my usual size but the jeans I received are too small/too tight. I cannot button them. The company will not take them back, even though I'm willing to send the jeans back to the retailer at my own expense. During the time I received the jeans, I was unable to return them in the 30-day return window as my mother had died in June and and I had to vacate her residence (which I had been watching over while she was in an assisted living facility). My life was turned upside down as a result of her passing. Since last year, I've tried to work things out with Cheapundies by contacting this retailer twice. However, they will not respond. Instead I'm being given the silent treatment. I tried contesting the charge with my credit card to get some sort of relief. Cheapundies rebutted and denied any responsibility by sending my credit card an entire list of my private purchase history with the retailer which was irrelevant and was retaliatory in nature. I also filed consumer complaints about my experience (as well as the defective product) with my state's (Wisconsin) consumer protection agency, the Better Business Bureau of Central Virginia, and Office of the Attorney General of Virginia Consumer Protection Section, who then asked for a response from Cheapundies. Cheapundies refuses to respond to any of them.
