if you read most the reviews it about " Canceling and possibly getting your money reimbursed" this is because they sell you a ticket and once you call they tell you cant have that "time" unless you "upgrade cabin" by like $380 because "the airline may not let you have that time and make you take away later flight" ...what kind of booking company is this?!?! they may be legit but have unethical ppl working for them upselling you or cancelling your booking if they cant make commission off you upselling but making $50 to $100 commission by telling you they can cancel you. Be Warned.... extortion at it's best, the Feds need to investigate the call center scams!!!
